DO NOT send email without following information. Otherwise, you won't get any response.

1. Send your inquiries to [email protected] with the following.

• Email subject line should include your name and quotation needed. <For example: James Quotation Needed>
• Need FINAL artwork in PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, or JPG format only. Pictures, idea draft drawing, etc. are NOT accepted. If not, it will delay the whole process.
• Specific sizes: height, width, and borderline thickness in specific inches.
• Material type: chenille, embroidery, woven, glitter, or sequence.
• MOQ: minimum order is 50 qty per design/color. No exceptions. We don't make samples of less than 50 qty. Because, the 50 sewing machines operate at once.

2. Once we receive the above information, we'll send you the quote.
3. If you accept the quote, we'll send you the invoice via PayPal, and the order will be processed once we receive the minimum of 50% payment.

• Embroidery takes about 3-5 weeks including delivery.
• Chenille takes about 4-7 weeks including delivery.
• Woven, glitter, or sequence takes about 5-7 weeks.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the production and holidays.
• Sample is NOT available.
• Design modification is NOT accepted after we receive the payment.
• We'll ship the package to your provided shipping address.
• Exchange, return, or refund is NOT accepted.
• All expedited process rush fee is $300 per order.
